【Event Announcement】Can Indonesian Literature Go Global? — Roundtable Discussion > 공지사항

The Korea-Indonesia Center (KIC) will host a roundtable discussion titled “Mampukah Sastra Indonesia Mendunia?” (Can Indonesian Literature Go Global?) on October 6, 2026, at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Seoul. The event aims to explore the potential of Indonesian literature to gain greater international recognition and to discuss strategies and challenges for its global development.The program will feature a keynote presentation by Prof. Dr. Koh Young Hun, followed by thematic discussions featuring Korean and Indonesian literary scholars and experts, as well as an interactive Q&A session.The event is jointly organized by the Korea-Indonesia Center, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Seoul, and the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation (Badan Bahasa).
